癫痫合并认知功能障碍研究进展

认知功能障碍是癫痫常见共病, 严重影响患者生活质量。近年来日益受到重视, 其机制及影响因素复杂, 目前尚缺乏特异有效的治疗手段, 且治疗效果欠佳。因此阐明癫痫认知功能障碍的发病机制对于开发新的治疗药物具有重要意义。癫痫合并认知功能障碍的原因可能是癫痫病因、发作本身、间期放电、神经网络异常、抗癫痫药物、手术等多种因素共同作用的结果, 现将对癫痫合并认知功能障碍的机制及影响因素做一综述。
