癫痫患者人格特征研究进展

癫痫是中枢神经系统的常见疾病,越来越得到人们的关注。部分患者可出现人格改变,且发生率高达 5%~18%,不仅影响着癫痫患者的生活、工作、学习,也给社会带来了沉重的负担。因此,治疗癫痫发作的同时,也要关注癫痫患者的人格特征。目前,关于人格改变在癫痫患者中产生的原因尚不清楚,癫痫后的人格特征是有其独特的病理基础还是受多种因素的影响尚无定论。文章通过对癫痫患者的人格特点及其相关的影响因素进行探讨,提高临床对癫痫患者人格改变的重视,从而早期进行个性化的干预和康复。
